Our pies have almost as much of a following as the beers we serve.

They are made to order (taking 10-15 minutes to prepare) using richly flavoured, slow-cooked fillings.

The menu changes daily as the fillings available rotate. Here is the current range of fillings:


  • Takoyaki - Japanese octopus dumplings.
  • Dumplings: House-made free-range pork and lamb, or Dumpling House Spinach & Tofu
  • Edamame - warm, salted soy beans.
  • Sniks Pork Crackling.
  • Proper Crisps (Sea Salt, Rosemary & Thyme, Salt & Vinegar, Smoked Paprika & Kumara).
  • Wasabi Nori Ten (fried seaweed with wasabi).
  • Wasabi Peas.


We prepare luscious, fresh udon noodles with a the following soups:

  • Miso
  • Spicy Miso
